Property Management Services

   One Diversity provides property management services as outlined in your specific contract. Services may include maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, and other related tasks.

2. Service Limitations:
   We are not liable for delays or issues caused by third-party service providers, tenant actions, or external factors beyond our control.

Termination

1. By the User:
   You may terminate your agreement with us by providing written notice, subject to any terms outlined in your contract.

2. By the Company:
   We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks, and materials provided by One Diversity are the intellectual property of the Company and are protected under applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute these materials without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Diversity is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

• Losses caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Diversity, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

One Diversity reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Panama. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Panama.
